Graduating from Pittsburg State University with a degree of Bachelor of Science Jessica began her career in the Pittsburg Family Y in 2002. She moved and became the East Y's Sports Director in 2005 and in 2009 was promoted to Associate Executive at the West Y. Becoming the El Dorado Branch Director in 2014 her goal is to support the staff and the volunteer Advisory Board on the mission and purpose to better serve our community.
Rebecca has been part of the El Dorado team since 2008. She loves the opportunity to make a positive impact on El Dorado and surrounding communities. Rebecca is passionate about the Y's Annual Campaign and the life-changing experiences it provides to all children and families.
April chose to work at the YMCA because of the people and the value of a healthy lifestyle. Overlooking the group exercise classes, April gets to teach and help guide other instructors in making our members have the best experience possible! She enjoys helping a person change their lives in a caring way.
Caitlin joined the Y team in 2012. She is excited to be bringing fresh and creative ideas to her staff. As a team they will create life lasting memories for the youth from our community, and help guide the children towards success.
Matt joined the El Dorado team in 2009. He graduated with an Associates in Science from Butler and received a HVAC degree from WATC. Along with maintenance at the 40,000 square foot El Dorado branch, Matt has taken on the challenge of day to day maintenance at the other Greater Wichita YMCA branches too.
Certifications: ACE, YMCA Personal Trainer, SrFit, Foundations of Group Exercise and Yoga. Specialties: flexibility, balance, golf fitness, all age groups, and strenght training.
Certifications: ACSM Health and Fitness Specialist, YMCA Personal Trainer, EMT-I, BS in Exercise Science. Specialties: Athletic performance, running, motivating others, goal attainment.
