You’ve seen the commercials, maybe own the DVDs, but now INSANITY® is the newest bootcamp at the Y! Instructors are certified through fitness expert, Shaun T’s  program that takes total-body conditioning to an extreme level. Work one-on-one with your YMCA certified personal trainer or involve a partner and reach your goals together. Get a discount when you purchase 10 or more sessions at once.

Individual: $40/hour | ACSM $45/hour | $30/half-hour | ACSM $32.50/half-hour
Partner: $30/hour | ACSM $35/hour | Half-hour sessions not available

RIP Trainer Classes - Use resistance exercise in this multi-faceted approach to strength and cardio conditioning that tones you with every movement, every rep, every set, every workout. (A, N, NW, S)
Pilates Towers (up to 4 people) - Burn more fat and sculpt your body with the added resistance the Tower brings to Pilates exercises. (A, D, E, N, NW)
TRX Suspension training (up to 4 people) - Total Body Resistance Exercise uses your body weight to build flexibility, strength, power, balance, mobility,and prevent injuries, You choose the intensity. Watch video to learn more.

Do you need the help of a certified trainer & group accountability to keep you on target? Try one of our affordable boot camps, offered on an ongoing or seasonal basis.

12-Week Transformation Bootcamp (February - April) - Get support from a Y expert personal trainer who will help you achieve maximum results and reach your goals in the Y’s 12-week Transformation Bootcamps! Feel better as you lose weight, boost energy and tone muscles while you make new friends. Meets 3 times/week. $180/Y Member, $240/Non-member, $8/drop-in. View schedule and register online.

10-Day Jumpstart (ages 18+, May 12-16, 19-23 | September 8-12, 15-19) - Supercharge your health in 10 days. Get a full body workout with the Y’s new fitness circuits, led by a certified YMCA personal trainer. FEE: $50 | Register today

Aqua Bootcamp - Take your fitness routine outside to one of our waterparks and use the natural resistance of water to reach your fitness goals. Swimming not required. (A, N, NW, S)
Summer Slim Down Bootcamp (June-August 2014) - Join a group of your peers to drop the pounds in this 12-week bootcamp! Great for all fitness levels, a YMCA Certified Personal Trainer will help you achieve your goals while you make new friends. Meets 3 times/week. $180/Y Member, $240/Non-member, $8/drop-in.
