Learn skills and build character while staying active, having fun, and making friends! Our programs progress with your needs and abilities, from introductory to competitive.

Boys & girls PreK-7th grade | All YMCA locations

Fall & Winter Leagues feature:

  • 8 games per season
  • 1 practice per week
  • Volunteer coaches
  • Focus on fundamentals and new skill development
  • All players play a minimum 1/2 of each game
  • Teams are put together by the YMCA

Boys & Girls 1st grade-High School | YMCA Farha Sport Center

Fall, Winter, Spring & Summer Leagues feature:

  • Competitive sports experience with games/tournaments
  • 1 practice per week
  • Certified referees
  • Sportsmanship & YMCA core values strictly enforced
  • Equal playing time encouraged
  • Teams formed by coaches
  • Game scores and team standings maintained

YMCA adaptive programs serve kids and adults with special needs. Our Special Olympics basketball team offers participants the opportunity to focus on skill development or enjoy a more competitive experience.
