Ages 5-10 | YMCA Farha Sport Center

To help kids develop the fundamental skills of Tennis, this program features:

  • Experienced Tennis instructors who are positive role models
  • Slower-moving and lower bouncing balls
  • Shorter and lighter racquets
  • Smaller courts that help kids develop rallying skills in a shorter period of time

Lacrosse is the fastest game on two feet, combining offensive and defensive play like basketball, large field play like soccer, and high scoring fun. It is one of the fastest growing sports in the nation. Compete against other Y locations in citywide leagues.

2nd-8th graders | North YMCA

Fall Leagues feature:

  • 8 games per season played on turf fields
  • 1 practice per week
  • Volunteer coaches
  • Focus on fundamentals and new skill development
  • All players play a minimum 1/2 of each game
  • Teams are put together by the YMCA
