CAMP ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

WE HAVE RESUMED CAMP ENROLLMENT. CAMP STARTS MON. 06/01. SIGN-UP TODAY.

STEP ONE COMPLETE REQUIRED KDHE FORMS ONLINE

Before you can enroll in any of our Camp programs you must complete Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) paperwork ONLINE (not available in person or by phone). Note that forms must be completed/updated annually so even previous campers must have forms completed each season. If you have a site account, log-in If you don't have an account, create one now. Once logged-in simply:

  1. Access our ONLINE CAMP FORMS
    • Usage Agreement/Terms and Conditions
    • Personal/Family Information Name, address, email, phone numbers and employer contact information for parents/guardians (one parent/ guardian must reside with the child)
    • Emergency Contacts/Adults Authorized for Pick-Up: Name, address, phone numbers for authorized emergency contacts/pick-up
      Physician contact/ address information for this child
    • Health Insurance Provide insurance information for each child
    • Medical History Include details on allergies, medications, medical surgeries, and other conditions for this child
    • Immunization Records Provide details of relevant and required immunizations for your camper
    • High-Risk Activity Permission Acknowledge the risks associated with camp participation and grant permission
  2. Complete the forms for EACH of your intended campers (including otherwise-duplicate information)
  3. Save those completed forms and continue to our CAMP HOME PAGE to begin camp registration

STEP TWO: Enroll for Camp

  • Click the "Find a Camp" button upon completing the Camp KDHE forms OR visit ymcawichita.org/camp and click on the "Find a Camp" button
    • Select the camp(s) of interest, choose the child going to camp, and add the particular camp week(s) to your cart. If you're enrolling in Camp Hyde, you must choose a bus or parent drop-off option prior to enrolling in add-ons.
  • Proceed to checkout to finalize your enrollment with a (one-time) credit card payment* for enrollment fee(s) and camp deposit(s).
  • A receipt will be emailed upon completion of your enrollment

Notes:

  • IMPORTANT: Please be sure to select if you plan on paying your remaining camp balance(s) by bank draft, cash/check/money order, credit card, 3rd party, or income-based financial assistance during your enrollment process.
  • If you do not wish to pay your deposit(s) and enrollment fee online, STEP TWO may be completed at any Greater Wichita YMCA location. Cash, check, money orders, VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER are accepted at YMCA locations for camp enrollment payment. Your camper’s spot cannot be held until the deposit(s) and enrollment fee(s) is received.

Payment:

  • A $15 enrollment fee is charged for each camper to cover the costs of processing paperwork and his/her camp t-shirt.
  • A deposit of $15/week ($50/week for Frontier Camp) is also charged to hold your camper’s spot in the selected week(s) of camp. This deposit is applied towards your weekly camp fee.
  • Final payment of the remaining balance for each week of camp must be submitted online, paid via weekly bankdraft or delivered to a YMCA location by 10:00P MONDAY prior to camp. 


Enrollment MUST BE COMPLETED BY 10:00P ON THE MONDAY PRIOR TO CAMP for your child to attend the following Monday.

Payment of the non-refundable and non-transferrable enrollment fee and weekly camp deposit(s) will hold a spot for your child in the designated camp.

*YMCA offers a secure website for payment and accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER credit cards to finalize enrollment and make weekly payments.

STEP THREE: If attending Camp HYDE, choose your Add-ons

  • Click the "Find a Camp" button upon completing the Camp KDHE forms OR Visit ymcawichita.org/camp and click on the "Find a Camp" button
    • Select the add-on(s) of interest, choose the child going to camp, and add the particular camp week(s) to your cart.
    • A receipt will be emailed upon completion of your enrollment

  • IMPORTANT: A bus or parent drop-off option must be enrolled in to secure a seat prior to enrolling in add-ons. ​​​​​​​
