Summer Camp FAQs

While our Welcome Desk, Child Care and Camp Branch, and Camp Accounts staff are happy to answer questions, the following are our most common inquiries.

When can I register for camp?

The 2020 camp season is currently closed. Please check back in early 2021.

Can only YMCA members participate in camp programs?

No. All of our Summer Camp programs are open to the entire community. Please note that members will save on camp. Children who are part of a FAMILY MEMBERSHIP will save $20/camper/week and income-based financial assistance (IBFA) including reduced- and no-cost camp access is available to those who qualify.

How much does camp cost?

Costs will vary based on camp type and membership status for the camper's family. Income-based financial assistance can also lower costs.

How much is due at enrollment?

Enrollment costs, unless otherwise indicated, are $15/CAMPER for a ONE-TIME (per season) enrollment fee that includes a camp t-shirt. You must then pay all deposits ($15/week, unless otherwise indicated) at the time of enrollment, too. Balances are due by 10PM CT the Monday BEFORE camp starts. See parent information and policies for more information.
