During that time I have learned a lot about what to, and what not, to do in pursuit of a stronger and healthier body. I see my mission here at the Y as two-fold. First, to share what I've learned in those 40-plus years with anyone interested in improving their own strength and/or overall health. Second, to learn all I can that will help me to do a better and more thorough job in pursuit of that first goal. If I've learned anything at all it is that there is no end to what can be learned in this field.
