At 68 years old, Aaron Harrison decided he wasn’t done chasing goals. After some time away from the gym, he walked back into the Newton YMCA with one clear mission: run a mile without stopping. Around the Newton YMCA track, that’s 10 laps. When he first started, two laps in a row felt like a victory, but Aaron kept showing up. Two laps turned into three. Three turned into four. And now he’s running five laps straight — halfway to his mile goal. His story isn’t just about running. It’s about resilience, commitment, and proving that progress has no age limit.
