Maddie Eng

As a young member of the East YMCA, Maddie spends her time in Kid Zone, gymnastics and swim lessons. Each experience helps her grow stronger, braver and more willing to try new things.

Like many children, Maddie was once hesitant when faced with new challenges. With the encouragement of caring YMCA staff and a welcoming environment, she began to step out of her comfort zone and embrace new opportunities with confidence.

Today, she looks forward to coming to the YMCA. Her growth is reflected not only in her skills but in her confidence and joy.

As her mom shared, “She loves coming to the Y — it’s her favorite place. She feels comfortable, confident and always included.”
