For years, this group has shown up before the sun rises, pushing each other through workouts, celebrating milestones and encouraging one another to be their best. They’ve been there for one another not only in the gym, but in life. They’ve supported each other through personal challenges, family struggles, loss, celebrations and every season in between. When life got hard, they had a community standing beside them.
