We're Looking for the Best Athletes in Wichita!
What: The Greater Wichita YMCA will be hosting tryouts for the Viii Sports Qualifier; the winning female and male competitor from each Qualifying Championship (four locations across the U.S.) will be invited to compete live on ESPN in the Viii Sports National Championships on August 2nd in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
When: Saturday, June 29, 2024
Where: Farha South Turf Fields.
What is the competition course?
Each participant competes in 8 sports in under 3 minutes: Golf, Softball, Tennis, Basketball, Football, Soccer, Strength, and Speed. This course has a point scoring system. Must be 18 or older to participate. Must complete the entire course to regulations and have the best results in order to go to the National Championship.
