Shane Loy, Branch Director
Shane is an Estherville, IA native. He holds a degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Northern Iowa. Shane began his YMCA experience during college at the YMCA of Blackhawk County where he worked as camp counselor, lifeguard, fitness, childcare programs, sports and membership. He began his career with the Heritage YMCA Group in Naperville, IL as Program Director working mainly with children programs throughout the community. Shane moved in to the role of Director of Childcare, Family and Community Outreach managing programs within the Naperville community as well as with the Oswego YMCA.

Jennifer Weber, Administrative Assistant, Youth & Family Coordinator
Jennifer has lived in Andover for over 20 years, and a Butler County Community College graduate. She is currently working on her Bachelor’s Degree in Non-Profit Organization Leadership from Fort Hays State University. She began her career with the YMCA as a Membership Associate in 2014, and started her current role at the beginning of 2016. She has been a community volunteer for many years, dedicating her time to organizations such as the Girl Scouts, Tornado Alley Young Marines, and Andover Public Schools. Jennifer is married and has three children.

Shannon was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She moved to Wichita in 2014, where she met her husband, Paul. She has two little ones and lives on a small homestead on the outskirts of town.
Abby Baden, Swim Coach
Abby Baden has been coaching for the Andover All Stars since August 2017. Coach Abby grew up in Wichita and started swimming at age 13 for the NW YMCA Neptune’s. Coach Abby’s favorite stroke is the breaststroke, and her favorite race to swim is the 200 Breast. Abigail’s favorite thing about coaching swim is getting to share my love of swimming with others. It’s fun to watch the swimmers progress and see them reach their goals.
Abigail graduated from Wichita State with her Bachelors of Science in Social Work.
Abigail and her husband, Matthew have one daughter Sophia. When Coach Abby is not busy at the pool or busy with family activities, she enjoys baking, reading a good book, and going to Colorado. One day she and her husband hope to own a cabin in Colorado so they can go hiking anytime they want.
Quantae Robinson, Membership Director
Quantae, originally from Richmond, Virginia, came to Kansas after joining the Army and being stationed at Fort Riley, Kansas. Quantae, who has two young boys, decided to stay in Kansas, move to Wichita and is now a minister at a local church.

Danni has dedicated over 15 years of her life to teaching at the YMCA, inspiring countless young minds. Her journey began in El Dorado, where she taught gymnastics, and later moved to the Andover YMCA in 2009. As the gymnastics coordinator, she has had the privilege of watching children grow and flourish. Danni's true passion lies in helping children unlock their full potential and achieve their goals, no matter how big or small. She finds immense joy in witnessing a child gain confidence and overcome their fears.

Kali graduated from the University of Kansas in 2018 with a degree in Community Health. She became a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer in 2019. She is currently working on a specialization in Cancer and Sr. Mature Fitness. Kali believes that fitness is a huge component in maintaining both physical and mental health. Her passion for fitness has developed throughout her life and has really grown in the last few years. She aims to motivate and instill confidence in all of her clients to help them reach their individual goals.
