Held at East, Newton, and West YMCA

Pack your gym bag and get ready for takeoff! Try a new class every 30 minutes on this group exercise adventure— you might just discover your new favorite destination. Bring a friend - no guest pass required. Earn 15 YMCA 360 points when you reserve your spot in the app.

 

How it Works:
  1. Bring A Friend! - No Guest Fees
    • Non-members are welcome if accompanied by a current Y member.
    • Non-members will sign a waiver upon arrival.
  2. Make A Game Plan
    • Pick one class from the options that are offered every 30 minutes, totaling 4 classes completed throughout the morning. You can do as many classes as you would like; all four blocks or just one - up to you!

  3. Reserve a Space to Get YMCA 360 Points

Other Details:
  • Must Be 13+ to Participate.
  • You'll Have Time Between Classes
    • There is time built into the schedule to transition to another class between blocks.
  • Warm Up is From 8:15-8:30am
