David Sullivan

The YMCA has been an important part of David Sullivan’s life. It was true when he was a kid, and it’s true now.
His parents first brought him to the YMCA when he was eight years old. He grew up at the Y, and eventully joined the Greater Wichita YMCA’s Job Prep program that creates work-ready teens. Graduating from Job Prep was a very proud moment for his entire family.
David appreciates the connections that he has made from being a part of Job Prep, and the specific instruction all of the students received about how to budget a paycheck. He’s already used the skills he learned to get a job and keep it! Now he’s looking ahead to future career opportunities.
