Pack the Pools Event

Friday, June 27 | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Join us for our Pack the Pools Event for a fun-filled evening of group fitness at the waterpark!

How it Works:
  • Held at Andover, Northwest, North, and South's Waterparks.
  • Members Should Register for the "Pack the Pools" event on the schedule here
    • Receive YMCA360 points and event communications by registering for the event.
  • Three Rounds of Three Class Offerings: Pick One Class from Each Round. 
    • Pick one class from the three that are offered every 30 minutes, totaling 3 classes completed throughout the evening. You can do as many classes as you would like; all three rounds or just one - up to you!
    • Class schedules below ↓  
  • Enter Through the Waterpark Entrance Starting at 5:45.
    • No access to or from the indoor branch facilities will be available during the event.
  • Bring Clothes, Shoes, and a Towel 
    • If you intend to go between water and land classes.
  • You'll Have Time Between Classes
    • There is time built into the schedule to transition to another class between rounds.
Other Details:
  • Waterparks Close at 5:00pm to Host This Event.
  • Must Be 13+ to Participate.
  • Bring a friend!
    • Non-members are welcome if accompanied by a current Y member.
    • Non-members will sign a waiver upon arrival at the waterpark gate.

Hydro HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) meets the pool! Use timed periods of work and rest to maximize your cardio endurance without impact. Your strength will be challenged using aqua weights and water resistance.

Stride & Slide (Andover, Northwest & South) - Fun cardio class that combines laps of walking, jogging and running in the [not-so-lazy] river with an optional climb up the stairs and ride down the slide between laps.

Slides & Tides (North) - A circuit-based, shallow water workout for every part of your body. Cardiovascular work, sculpting and stretching, combine with a climb up the stairs and ride down the slide for an extra dose of fun!
