Join us for a 2-hr Cardio format presentation of Zumba, Step, STRONG, and YBox! Get your heart and body pumping with our 30-minute session rotations. Jessie will get you warmed up dancing with Zumba from 12pm- 12:30pm, Step will be next with Jenni from 12:30pm- 1:00pm, Diana and Jessie will team up for STRONG 1:00pm- 1:30pm (a self-defense cardio based class), and B'Aylana will finish the day with YBox from 1:30pm- 2:00pm on the bags!
