Join us for a 2 hour "Sunday Funday" exploration of our YMCA group exercise strength formats! There will be four- 30 minute rotations of Muscle Pump, Body Blitz, Body Design, and FIERCE. Come check out a new class or take them all! Muscle Pump will start our warm-up and heavy hit the legs with Raquel from 12pm- 12:30pm, B'Aylana will teach body blitz from 12:30pm-1:00pm with emphasis on upper body, Jenni will teach Body Design from 1:00pm- 1:30pm and FIERCE from 1:30pm- 2:30pm finishing the workout with full body movements. Can't wait to see you there!
