How to Earn Points

Members can earn points for completing everyday items like using the bar code check-in or competing in challenges. The complete list of ways to earn points is available on the rewards page in the app.

How to Redeem Prizes

Rewards are redeemed through the app’s reward page. Navigate to this page by clicking the "My Points" tile on the home screen and selecting the "Rewards" tab. Follow the steps in the app to redeem a prize once you qualify and a YMCA employee will contact you via email shortly after.

Where is the reward tile located?

The reward page can be found by clicking on "My Points" on the home screen dashboard and then clicking the "Rewards" Tab.

How long will it take to receive my reward?

Rewards are ordered after receiving any needed details (i.e. size & location) and for some items can take up to 3 weeks to receive.

Why am I not receiving my points when I check-in?

Members will need to turn on their phone’s location services in order to earn points for checking in. Using features like storing the bar code in the Apple Wallet or on their watch will not allow users to earn points at check-in.

What happens to points when a membership is expired?

If a member has an NSF, expires or cancels their membership, they will lose access to their reward points and total app access.

Can reward's values be redeemed for cash or exchanged for equal value?

Rewards are non-transferable, exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Rewards and points can be revoked or denied at any time.

Is there a place in the app to see all points earned?

Click on the "My Points" on the home screen dashboard.

Can a nonmember participate in the rewards program?

No, only members in good standing can participate.

Does a member receive check-in points when logging into the Apple TV app or the YMCA360 website?

No, logging in does not earn points. Downloading the app for the first time does earn points and also checking in at your Y using the barcode in the app earns points.

Do I receive workout points for completing an on demand video?

Not at this time.

Can two members combine points?

No, members cannot combine points in order to redeem prizes sooner.

Some restrictions apply. Greater Wichita YMCA reserves the right to change points needed for redemption and prizes or discontinue the program at any time without notice. Please allow approximately two weeks for delivery. Items will be sent to the YMCA branch designated for pick up. Reward points can only be redeemed by active Greater Wichita YMCA members. Any activity to earn or redeem points that is deemed fraudulent will result in forfeiture of points, rewards items and/or removal from the rewards program. Any points earned by technical error may be removed at any time without notice. Reward items are non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
