Indoor Triathlon Format
- SWIM 500 YARDS Lane Pool
- BIKE 6 MILES Keiser Bikes
- RUN 2 MILES Indoor Track
INDIVIDUAL and TEAM (3 members) competitions. Individuals complete by GENDER. All participants/events are chip-timed to determine EVENT (swim, bike, run) and OVERALL winners for each gender as well as TEAM results (event and overall). Medals will be awarded to the top-three OVERALL finishers in each gender and to the top three teams. All event finishers registered by October 15th receive a t-shirt.
