Our KDHE-licensed YMCA child care programs are staffed with people who understand the cognitive, physical and social development of young children. We offer two settings for full-day, early education centers.

What's the KEY to a well-rounded child? Here at the Greater Wichita YMCA we look to Knowledge, Enrichment and Youth Development as important factors - we call it our KEY Academy Program. The program runs before and after school for grade levels K through 5.

Enjoy a full summer of diverse exploration, learning and fun. The Greater Wichita YMCA runs several week-long day camps at multiple locations.

Y Scholars (formerly Y SOAR) features YMCA Staff working with teachers and principals to find first graders and second graders reading below grade level in participating schools.

The Greater Wichita YMCA's Middle School After School Program (MSASP) provides a safe, supervised environment where students can receive academic support and have fun with peers and positive role models.
