Countdown to Summer with Wellness Week

Check out what’s new at the Greater Wichita YMCA to help you Spring into a new fitness routine. Branches will be celebrating all week with special live demonstrations and free clinics.

APRIL 5-9, 2021 Themes:

  • Monday Group Exercise: We offer hundreds of classes each week in person, in the water or online through our YMCA360 platform. Our live demonstrations will motivate you to find a class that fits your needs and routine.
  • Tuesday Nutrition: The YMCA offers in person and virtual nutrition coaching to get your health and wellness journey off to a great start. Eating well doesn’t have to be a task, let us show you how easy it can be.
  • Wednesday Personal and Group Training: Everyone has different fitness goals and objectives. At the YMCA we understand those differences and will develop a training plan just for you!
  • Thursday Sports Performance Training: This program takes a comprehensive approach to sports performance-reducing the risk of injury by improving overall speed, strength and agility.
  • Friday Sport Skills Coaching: The YMCA has seasoned sports veterans in volleyball, football, basketball, baseball and track who can offer customized coaching options for the athlete that wants to take their game to the next level.
