Creative Movement | Age 3

This class introduces a child to dance and song, as they focus on basic ballet techniques, rhythm and timing with music. Dancers will also begin learning proper ballet and classroom etiquette. Pink leather ballet shoes are required. 30-min. class.

Pre Dance I | Ages 4-5

This class includes both ballet and tap, and will continue to build on the techniques learned in Creative Movement. Dancers will also discover dance vocabulary. Pink leather ballet shoes and black tap shoes are required. 45-min. class.

Pre-Dance II | Ages 5-6

Previous dance experience not required. This introduces your child to the dance environment of proper etiquette and vocabulary, while teaching techniques in ballet and tap. Pink leather ballet shoes and black tap shoes are required. 45-min. class.

Academy I | Ages 6-7

Ballet: Levels I-II ballet class offers students a class in classical ballet structure. Dancers begin with a warm-up to define poise and posture, then move to the ballet barre to continue developing body placement, proper technique, and flexibility. The skills developed throughout the barre exercises will then be used across the floor. Leotard, tights, pink leather ballet shoes are required. 45-min. class.

Tap/Jazz: In this class, your child will be introduced to the elements of sound in tap, with across the floor and center combinations, along with developing coordination and rhythm. In jazz, the focus will be on flexibility and different styles of jazz dance, such as, modern jazz and lyrical jazz. Leather jazz shoes and black tap shoes are required. 1 hr. class

Academy II | Ages 8-11

These classes offer tap, ballet and jazz as separate classes to focus on a specific discipline designed for intermediate to advanced dancers. 45-min. class.

Ballet: Commences with barre work to reinforce technical training from Levels I and II

Jazz: Contemporary jazz dance is introduced Tap: Modern and street style blend of tap Pink leather ballet shoes, black tap shoes, and black leather jazz shoes are required.

Hip Hop | Ages 8+

This class teaches dancers different styles of hip hop. Shorts, t-shirt, tennis shoes required. 45-min class.

Music Theatre

For young people (Ages 6-17) wanting inter-disciplined experience, we offer classes that combine acting, dancing, and singing/voice work.
