The Greater Wichita YMCA offers a variety of stationary bike classes including traditional and HIIT-style classes as well as private and small-group training on our state-of-the-art bikes.

We offer dozens of cycle-based group exercise classes to engage and challenge all skill levels - beginner through expert - and fitness levels.
